Hey y'all!
So this week we did our personal presentations. I was so nervous the whole time, but I liked having to only rely on myself to get the grade I wanted. My favorite part of our personal presentations was that every time you presented, you were given feedback, and with that feedback, you were asked to apply and make better. I really liked that process and it helped me improve my presentation skills.
Later in life when I have to give presentations, I am going to try to find a way to rehearse multiple times either in front of a camera or family, and get feedback to apply to make better. I hope I am going to become a better presenter in the future.
I agree that it was nice to do a presentation were we where the only ones responsible for the grade outcome. The team presentations were hard because working with other people is difficult sometimes. Even though this is true, I am glad we did the team projects because I learned a lot from that experience. I learned that I am a controller and I need to learn to trust others more and try not to do everything myself.
